This billy goat is anything but gruff. Goatee was born November 4, 1998. She arrives lying down, possibly because she's full from eating so much. Her light brown and cream speckled coat is wonderful to touch. A small tuft of long fuzz serves as Goatee's beard, and another is used for her tail. She's got soft horns on her head, and black button eyes and thread nose make a very dear face. This Beanie Baby appeals to both boys and girls.
